We erect structural frames, fit machine guards, install handrails and balustrades, set benches and kitchen equipment, weld large sections in place, and modify equipment and structures on site. If it was built in our workshop, we can install it; if it needs to be built in place, we can do that too.
Installation covers south-east Queensland, including Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, the Gold Coast and the Scenic Rim. Mobile crews carry welding, generator and lifting equipment, with access and safety planned before arriving on site.
Some parts are too large to transport in one piece. Others must be fitted around existing equipment, services or structures. In those cases, we template on site, fabricate in sections, and return to weld and bolt everything together. That is often faster and more accurate than pre-building without an on-site measurement.
On-site work carries real risk: working at height, lifting, isolation, hot work. We plan before we arrive — confirming access, electrical isolation, fire watch, and whether you need a permit. We arrive with the right gear, we keep the area clean, and we do not leave until the job is safe and commissioned.
We know your site is usually still running. We schedule work around your operations, do noisy or hot work in agreed windows, and clean up each day. A good on-site installation is one you barely notice until it is finished.
Because the work is built and installed by the same team, any fit-up issue is corrected on site at our cost.
