Aluminium and stainless steel fabrication for kitchens, plant, architecture and mining.

Typical applications

Stainless steel

We fabricate in 304 (general purpose, interior and light exterior) and 316 (marine, coastal and mining environments). Typical work includes commercial kitchen benches, sinks, splashbacks and canopies; food-grade hoppers and tanks; architectural handrails and balustrades; plant and ducting; and mining-grade equipment. We TIG weld for a clean, controlled bead, and we can pickle, passivate or brush-finish to match the application.

Aluminium

Aluminium is lightweight and corrosion-resistant, which makes it ideal for gates, trays, canopies, architectural features and lightweight structures. It conducts heat quickly, so it warps more easily than mild steel — we control that with lower heat input, stronger fixturing and back-purging where required. We TIG weld aluminium with the correct filler, and we can powder-coat it for exterior colour and protection.

Food and hospitality

Benches, sink units, shelves, canopies and splashbacks are built with rounded corners, continuous welds and a finish that wipes clean. Welds are finished to a food-safe standard where required.

Architectural work

Handrails, balustrades, feature panels and trim are fabricated with attention to seam lines, grinding direction and finish. Stainless can be mirror, satin or bead-blast finished to match the design intent.

Mining and plant

In mining and plant environments, equipment is exposed to abrasion, chemicals and weather. We select 316 stainless or appropriate aluminium alloys, design for cleaning access, and build welds and joints that will survive the environment rather than deteriorate within a year.
